Custom Cocoa Butter Transfer Sheets

Guide price: from £1.60 per 300mm x 400mm sheet for one colour (minimum order quantity applies).

The ordering process is simple and application to chocolate is even simpler! Give us a call and book in your transfer sheets, send over your high-res artwork (at 300dpi, vector files are ideal but png and jpeg work too – a quick google will show you how to get your files in this format if you’re struggling), sign off on your mockups when you receive them – et voila! And finally, if you want to know how to use chocolate transfer sheets with moulds, simply shell and fill your moulds as usual. Then, when it comes to capping, pour generous lines of tempered chocolate over the mould, place your transfer sheet atop, and use a scraper to push all the chocolate into the cavities, across the mould, and out the side, ensuring all shells are filled and the sheet is flat. Leave to crystallise, gently remove the sheet… then sit back and admire your handiwork!

Personalised Chocolate Plaques

If you’d love the custom look on your bars, pastries and desserts, but haven’t got time to mess about with transfer sheets, personalised plaques are ideal. Order your preferred design already decorating a chocolate plaque and use to create personalised chocolate bars, muffins, cakes, patisserie and even drinks!

Guide price: from £88.44 per box of up to 1080 plaques with one colour (minimum order quantity applies).

Hot Foil Blocked Packaging

Nothing’s hotter than a foil printed box filled with exquisite chocolates. Have your logo, business name, seasonal message or other design stamped onto your packaging for that added wow factor and a real point o difference.

Most of our rigid and fold up boxes can be foil blocked, including clear PET lids.

Guide price: from £0.17 per unit blocked, per colour (sold in corresponding pack quantities to your choice of packaging).

The art of hot foil blocking involves etching your design into a metal ‘stamp’ (aka a blocking die), heating this up, and pressing upon foil, upon box, to create your very own personalised packaging. And though silver and gold are our most requested foils, we have a plethora of colours for you to try on for size!

For £35 for a reusable blocking die, a £10 set up charge per colour, and a printing cost of £0.17 per unit, making your packaging truly yours can be both distinguished and affordable!

If adding personalised products to your order please bear in mind the full order will be sent as one delivery. For this reason, we suggest adding only non-urgent items to any order containing personalised items, and anything you need more urgently in a separate order. The lead time for personalised items can be up to 3 weeks during busy periods, but is usually much sooner.

Choose from metallic printing in one colour, either gold or silver.

Guide price: from £3.50 per 25m reel for 10mm (minimum of two reels for 10mm, one reel for 25mm).

Step 2. Provide us with your artwork in the appropriate format and we’ll deal with the rest!

Step 3. Approve your final design for printing or hot foil blocking.

Step 4. In just 6-8 weeks, your personalised transfer sheets, plaques or packaging items will arrive and you can start to build brand awareness and customer loyalty with every single order!
